Doesn’t someone get fired for that kind of stupidity? Or, do they get a bonus or a paid vacation? That’s so ridiculous. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anything “lamer” than that. That has to be some kind of street line painter humor. I’ll bet if he wasn’t stuffing his face with a sandwich and slept through it, he was laughing his head off painting over the horse crap.

This is so like one of my practice questions for my English Literature exam, someone had painted a yellow line over a dead hedgehog, I mean you’re not going to move some crap in the road but a hedgehog isn’t hard
