The only thing worse than a meeting in a hot room is a training in a hot room where they insist you participate! Hope you can at least be invisible…
The appeal of your statement makes me think that all you want to say (though this is really just my opinion and a product of my imagination) is you’re bored with work. And the catch is that you’re a writer so better yet add some spice to saying it!
